Hormones
Where hormone restoration goes wrong
Replacing a number is not the same as restoring a system. The sequencing errors we see most often, and how we avoid them.

Hormone restoration fails most often not because the wrong molecule was chosen, but because it was introduced into a system that was not ready to receive it.
Sequence before substance
Inflammation, gut function and sleep set the conditions in which any hormonal support will either work or be wasted. We spend the first six weeks of a protocol almost entirely on those, and re-test before anything is introduced.
The second error is treating a single number rather than a system. Thyroid, adrenal and reproductive hormones move together. Correcting one in isolation reliably produces a new problem three months later.
Restoration done properly is slow, and it is measured at every step. If it feels fast, something is being missed.
