It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it. Care delivered at a clinic or sanctuary is additionally covered by the privacy notice you receive at intake.

Contact details you give us when booking, the content of your enquiry, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited. We do not buy personal data from third parties.
Health information
If you choose to send clinical information, such as recent bloodwork, we treat it as a special category of personal data. It is stored separately, access is limited to the clinical team handling your case, and it is never used for marketing.
How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver care, meet our record-keeping obligations, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with the clinicians involved in your care and with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, such as hosting and scheduling providers.
